  1. I met Jeff’s brother Ray at Ft. Bragg, NC in 1969/70 and reminded friends with him until cancer took him. I join Connie and his family in missing Ray dearly. Would appreciate the opportunity to read some of Jeff’s writings and perhaps the opportunity to chat some day. Thanks much, Roger Harding
