Allow us to extend a huge thank you to Jim Mecca of Bosque Baking Company! He’s been a stalwart at the Corrales Growers Market for 10 years. That’s how long my husband, Robert Martinez, and I have lived in our wonderful village, and we’ve been patrons of Bosque Baking Company since we moved here.
The long lines of patient customers attest to the quality and popularity of Jim’s products. We love his green chile sour dough, his sunflower loaf, his rustic breads, and those decadent cookies! Most of all, we like seeing his smile every Sunday morning.
We know it’s time for Jim to move on, and we already miss him seeing him at the market. We wish him the best, and yes, we’ll make the trek to downtown Albuquerque so we can continue to enjoy his fabulous fare.
