The Village Council will  hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, May22 at the Council-Municipal Court chambers, starting at 6:30 p.m. The following items are on the draft agenda, although they may not be addressed in the order shown. The draft agenda may be changed up to 24 hours before the council meeting.

• Corraleños Forum. This is an opportunity for citizens to address the mayor and council on any issue not already on the agenda.

• Discussion and approval of a preliminary municipal budget for FY2012-13, addressing level of services, revenue sources and expenditures from the general fund, special funds, capital project funds, debt service and N.M. Department of Finance and Administration schedules.

• Discussion and approval of a resolution imposing an ad valorem property tax rate of $1 for each $1,000 of net taxable value of both residential and non-residential property in Corrales for general municipal purposes beginning in the next property tax year.

• Discussion on the practices used for, and performance of, investments of Village government.

• Discussion on possible amendments to the ordinance imposing restriction for fireworks and penalties for violations.

• Discussion and consideration of a resolution and proclamation restricting the sale and use of fireworks in Corrales for defined periods.

• Discussion and update on efforts to control noise from a restaurant adjacent to the Entrada de Corrales Subdivision
