Before getting into any historical material, I want to extend my deep sympathy to the Perea family for the loss of  T.C. He was a Corrales landmark —a prominent feature in the village landscape. The Tijuana Bar won’t be the same. It was always reassuring to see and greet T. C. as he stood behind the bar. We think that some things will never change, but. . . they do.  I’m glad the family will continue to own and operate the bar and the restaurant.  I hope it keeps going for many more decades.
